Abstract:
Herbicides are a class of agents that can destroy weeds without affecting the growth of crops, and are widely used in agricultural activities. There are many types of herbicides, while their use has brought many benefits to humans, and also pose a threat to human health. The incidents of herbicides poisoning or poisoning occur from time to time. Currently, there are many challenges in the detection of herbicides with different properties in complex matrices. As a new kind of sample pretreatment technique, magnetic solid-phase extraction (MSPE) is widely used in many fields due to the advantages of easy operation, strong adsorption capacity and low cost. MSPE combined with other modern analytical methods, is also widely used in the fields of environmental analysis, drug analysis, food hygiene and etc. The basic principles and characteristics of MSPE were described briefly. The applications of MSPE in the detection of various types of herbicides in environmental samples, agricultural products and biological samples were discussed in details, aiming to look forward to the future focus of the research and development trend of MSPE. And the applications of MSPE in forensic identifications were expanded to provide a technical reference for the judicial expertise of our country.
